Welcome to Zonnify ("Zonnify", "we", "our", or "us"), a product owned and operated by PROTODEV (PRIVATE LIMITED). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform at zonnify.com, including its AI canvas, clustering, prediction, collaboration, and presentation features. By accessing or using Zonnify, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using Zonnify, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Account registration and sign-in are managed through Clerk, our authentication provider. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.
Zonnify provides an infinite canvas, AI-assisted clustering and next-step prediction, real-time multi-cursor collaboration, and presentation tools. You agree to use these features only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or share on your canvases, including any content shared with collaborators.
Zonnify offers a Free plan as well as paid plans, such as Standard and Enterprise, with additional features and usage limits. Payments for paid plans are processed exclusively through Paddle, our secure third-party payment provider. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize Paddle to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis, where applicable.
You agree not to use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, canvases, or data; engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior toward other users; or upload malicious content, including viruses or harmful code, to the platform.
All content, trademarks, branding, and underlying technology on Zonnify, excluding content you create, remain the intellectual property of PROTODEV (PRIVATE LIMITED) or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you create on your canvases. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use Zonnify's platform content, branding, or technology without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to engaging in fraudulent activities, attempting to circumvent our payment systems, or abusing other users on the platform.
Zonnify and PROTODEV (PRIVATE LIMITED) are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost data, lost earnings, or disputes between users. We provide our services "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If a dispute arises in connection with your use of Zonnify, you agree to first contact us at support@zonnify.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally before pursuing any external legal action.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By using Zonnify, you consent to the collection and processing of data, including text, images, and other content placed on your canvases, for purposes such as providing AI-powered clustering and next-step predictions, improving our AI models, ensuring platform security, and supporting fraud detection. Where data is used to improve our AI features, we aim to use anonymized or aggregated data wherever possible. All data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, and will never be shared publicly without your consent. You may request deletion of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Zonnify uses third-party services, including Clerk for authentication, Paddle for payment processing, and Firestore for data storage, and may connect to additional third-party services and APIs to provide enhanced functionality. By authorizing such integrations, you grant Zonnify permission to securely access and process limited data as required to operate those services. Zonnify is not responsible for downtime, errors, or changes in third-party platforms. You agree to comply with the terms of use and privacy policies of any connected services.
Zonnify may offer credit-based or subscription-based access to premium and AI-driven features. Subscription fees and any credits are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun or credits have been used, except as described in our Refund Policy or as required by applicable law. All payments are processed through Paddle, and Zonnify does not store your payment card details.
Zonnify processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data privacy laws. Users retain the right to access, correct, or delete their data by contacting privacy@zonnify.com. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Some features of Zonnify, including AI-generated notes, summaries, diagrams, clusters, and next-step predictions, are produced using artificial intelligence. Such output is provided for informational and productivity purposes only and may not always be accurate or complete. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for business, financial, or contractual decisions.
By using Zonnify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
